Ingredients

BEET JUICE

1-2 beets peeled 
and chopped in 4 pieces
2-3 thyme twigs
1 lime juiced
Water
Honey

NOTES:

This recipe also works without the thyme, although it adds great anti-inflammatory properties and can help boost the immune system.
Additionally this drink can be enjoyed either warm or cold. 
I normally make a batch and drink it 2-3x a week as a pre-workout drink.
